Use of Gimmy is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, plus the Gimmy-specific terms below.
Subscriptions
Gimmy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through your App Store account, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
